Hi! I am Stephanie Clark a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. I've been helping people improve their mental health for almost 20 years. 


I love empowering women by providing practical tools and guidance in a safe and nurturing environment.


My membership program, Being in Process, is a cumulation of my decades of mental health experience, combining all the aspects that I feel help people find authentic change. 


Members enjoy learning from home, by a licensed mental health professional. 


Class content covers topics like learning how to set boundaries, improving your ability to manage your emotions, learning how to feel safe and calm in your body and how to deal with unhelpful or unwanted thought patterns.

Membership Details:


Being in Process is a monthly mental health class membership, hosted by Mighty Network.

The monthly fee is $27.99 a month. You can join or cancel at anytime.

Engage in weekly classes with Stephanie 


  • Weekly live online mental health classes led by Stephanie. These are hour long classes, held on Wednesday evening, 6:30-7:30pm (MDT), through Zoom Webinar. (Note you do need a free Zoom account to participate live).


  • Time for Q&A with Stephanie at the end of each class. 


  • Classes are recorded, you can watch the replay back at any time.
